Important Information About Procedures for Opening a New Account
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.
What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents.
In response to the growing health and safety concerns, we at Roselle Bank have decided to restrict lobby interaction to “Appointment Only” access until further notice. For circumstances requiring branch access such as opening accounts, customers are encouraged to call 908-245-1885 or your local branch location to schedule an appointment. For all other banking needs, please utilize the drive-up teller windows available Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. In addition, you can visit our 24-hour ATM which also accepts deposits. As always, you can check your balance, pay bills and transfer money on www.Roselle.Bank or on the Roselle Bank app (Android and iOS).
